Description

This feta cream cheese dip is a delicious and versatile spread that is ideal as finger food or an appetizer. With fresh bell pepper, spring onions and olives, it is a Mediterranean treat. Preparation takes only 15 minutes, making it perfect for spontaneous guests or as a quick snack. The dip is vegetarian and can be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper
  • 3 piece spring onions
  • 60 g black olives
  • 200 g Feta
  • 150 g plain cream cheese
  • 50 g Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare bell pepper and spring onions

Clean 1 yellow bell pepper and cut into coarse pieces. Clean 3 spring onions and cut into rings.

Chop ingredients

Put the prepared bell pepper, spring onions, 60 g black olives, 200 g Feta and 150 g plain cream cheese into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./level 5.

Refine dip

Thermomix® Setting

Add 50 g yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp sweet paprika powder and stir for 10 sec./level 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
