Description
This Thermomix® Yeast Dough with Butter, Milk, Sugar and Flour is guaranteed to succeed. The recipe from the category Cake is ideal for Apple Pie, Hanklich or Sweet Snails. Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Melt Butter.
Prepare yeast dough
Add 250 ml Milk, 2 tbsp Sugar, 250 g melted Butter, 3 Eggs and 1 pinch of Salt to the mixing bowl. Stir for 2 min./37°C/speed 2.
Add yeast and flour
Add 1 packet of Dry Yeast and 500 g Flour. Knead for 3 min./kneading setting.
Let dough rise
Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for approx. 2 hours at 37°C until it has increased significantly.
Baking
Process the dough as desired (e.g. for Apple Pie, Hanklich, Snails) and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat. The baking time varies depending on the pastry.
