  • Grated Gruyere
  • 1 Garlic

Cut the baguettes in half and remove the crumb. Reserve the crumb for later use.

Chop the onion and garlic

Put 1 onion cut into quarters in the Thermomix bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5. Add 1 clove of garlic and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 7.

Sauté the onion and garlic

Add a little fat to the Thermomix bowl. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the ham and mushrooms

Cut 4 slices of ham into small dice. Drain 1 can of mushrooms. Add the ham, mushrooms and reserved breadcrumb to the Thermomix bowl.

Mix the ingredients

20 sec/Speed 3/Linkslauf Reverse

Mix the ingredients for 20 Sek./Stufe 3/Linkslauf, until the bread and ham are well mixed.

Add the fresh cream

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 2/Linkslauf Reverse

Add the fresh cream (20% fat) to the Thermomix bowl and mix 30 Sek./Stufe 2/Linkslauf, until the crumb is well soaked.

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

Garnish and gratinate the baguettes

Stuff the baguettes with the preparation and cover with grated Gruyere. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese is golden brown.
