Description

This seafood stew au gratin is a comforting and tasty dish, perfect for an autumn evening. I love preparing this recipe because it is simple and quick to make with the Thermomix®. The harissa brings a spicy touch that goes wonderfully with the sweetness of the seafood and the richness of the melted gruyere. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 tsp harissa
  • Gruyere
  • 2 can diced peeled tomato
  • 1 packet seafood
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 1 piece green pepper
  • 2 branche celery
  • 1 piece onion

Preparation (5 steps)

Preparation of vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5, puis 3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Cut the onion in half and put it in the Thermomix bowl. Program 3 Sec./Level 5. Add a little oil and program 3 Min./120°C/Level 1 to sauté the onion.

Adding peppers and celery

Cut the red and green peppers into pieces, as well as the celery stalks. Add them to the Thermomix bowl and program 5 Sec./Level 4 to chop them coarsely.

Cooking vegetables and tomato sauce

20 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the diced peeled tomatoes to the Thermomix bowl. Salt, pepper and add the harissa to your taste. Program 20 Min./100°C/Level 1 to let the vegetables melt and simmer the sauce.

Adding seafood

5 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the bag of seafood to the Thermomix bowl. Program 5 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation Level 1 to heat the seafood.

Bake au gratin

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide the preparation into ovenproof ramekins. Cover with grated gruyere and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the gruyere is melted and golden brown. Serve hot.
