Description

These savory crêpes are a real all-rounder! I like to make them when I need something quick or want to use up leftovers. The dough is prepared in a flash in the Thermomix® and the filling can be varied to taste. Whether with ham and egg, cheese and tomatoes or other treats - these crêpes are always a treat. Perfect for a quick lunch, a cozy brunch or as a hearty snack in between. And the best part: They are super easy to prepare!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 g Wholemeal flour
  • 0.25 Liter Water
  • 2 piece Egg(s)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 piece Egg(s)
  • 1 evtl. Cheese
  • 1 evtl. Tomato(es)

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add 500 g wholemeal flour, 0.25 liters water and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4 to a smooth dough. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake pancake

Heat a coated pan. Add some oil to the pan. Pour a ladle of dough into the pan and bake a slightly thicker pancake on both sides until golden brown.

Fill pancake and finish baking

Leave the pancake in the pan, top with 1 - 2 slices of ham and crack an egg over it (like a fried egg). Wait 1 minute until the egg white becomes a little firmer, then fold the pancake in half and bake for another 2 - 3 minutes, possibly turning it over again.
