Description
I love these potato fans! They are so easy to prepare and become wonderfully crispy in the oven. The small new potatoes are ideal for this because they are a nice size and cook quickly. With a little olive oil and salt, they are a perfect dish for every day, but also go perfectly with a festive meal. If you like, you can refine them with fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme. The preparation is very easy and the result is simply delicious! An absolute must for all potato lovers.
Ingredients (3 ingredients)

500 g small Potatoes - new potatoes

2 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation (4 steps)
Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Prepare Potatoes
Wash 500g small potatoes (new potatoes) and pat dry. Cut several times halfway through with a knife so that fans are created.
Season and Drizzle Potatoes
Place the prepared potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Bake Potatoes
Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake the potatoes for 45 min. until they are golden brown and cooked through.
