Description

This protein-rich wok vegetables with chicken breast is a quick and healthy main course from the Thermomix®. With chicken breast, fresh ginger, garlic, soy sauce and crunchy vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini and bell pepper, it is ideal for light cuisine and a balanced dinner. The preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 45 minutes, the active working time is about 30 minutes. The recipe is designed for 4 servings and is perfect as a family meal or for athletes after a workout.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 2 cm Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Homemade vegetable broth or cure-suitable broth
  • 600 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Zucchini
  • 1 Stück Yellow bell pepper
  • 200 g Mushroom
  • 3 Stück Spring onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Asian herbs
  • Chili

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop ginger and garlic

Put 2 cm of ginger in pieces and the same amount of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula.

Fry chicken

Cut 400g chicken breast very finely and fry in a separate pan with some fat. Add ginger and garlic from the Thermomix and fry sharply. Deglaze with some soy sauce.

Prepare vegetables

Divide 600g broccoli into florets, coarsely grate 300g zucchini, cut 1 yellow bell pepper into strips, quarter 200g mushrooms depending on their size or cut into thicker slices, cut 3-4 spring onions with green into slices.

Cook vegetables

Put fried chicken, 600g broccoli, 300g zucchini, 1 yellow bell pepper, 200g mushrooms and 3-4 spring onions in the mixing bowl. Cook for 10 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1. If necessary, add some water if necessary.

Season with salt, pepper, possibly dried Asian herbs, chili and homemade vegetable broth or cure-suitable broth. Stir for 5 sec./speed 3 reverse rotation.
