Description

This poultry dish with curry and coconut milk is a true culinary journey! I often prepare it for the end-of-year holidays because it is both easy to make and full of exotic flavors. The poultry thighs, tender and fragrant, go perfectly with the sweetness of the coconut milk, the acidity of the pineapple, and the spicy touch of the curry. The banana and apple bring a sweet and fruity note that will delight the taste buds of your guests. A complete and comforting dish, perfect for a friendly meal with family or friends. Preparation is quick, about 20 minutes, and gentle cooking allows the flavors to develop fully. Feel free to add a little chili to enhance the taste if you like spicier dishes!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 c à s honey
  • curry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pineapple pieces
  • 1 brique coconut milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 4 capon thighs

Preparation (7 steps)

Preparation of the poultry thighs

Season the 4 poultry thighs with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Preparation of fruits and onion

Cut 1 onion, 1 piece of pineapple, 1 apple, and 1 banana into large pieces. Set aside.

Browning the poultry

In a pan, brown the poultry thighs on all sides. Set aside.

Cooking the vegetables and fruits

Put the onion, pineapple, apple, and banana in the Thermomix bowl. Add the browned poultry thighs.

Adding liquid ingredients and spices

Add 1 carton of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and curry to taste in the Thermomix bowl. Salt and pepper.

Mixing and adding water

Mix gently with the spatula. Add a little water if necessary to cover the poultry thighs.

Cooking the poultry

Thermomix® Setting
35 min/212°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 100 Reverse

Close the bowl and cook covered for 35 minutes/100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.
