Description

This Christmas cinnamon cheesecake from the Thermomix® combines the flavors of cinnamon with the creaminess of a cheesecake. The main ingredients are sugar, eggs, oil, milk and lemon juice. In just 45 minutes of preparation time, 12 portions of this festive cake are created. Ideal as a dessert for the Christmas season or other festive occasions.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 1 TL Cinnamon
  • 500 g Curd cheese

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.

Mix sugar and eggs

Add 200 g sugar and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.

Add oil, milk and lemon juice

20 sec/Speed 3

Add 80 ml oil, 125 ml milk and 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Add 250 g flour, 1 packet baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.

Stir in curd cheese

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3 Reverse

Add 500 g curd cheese and mix for 20 sec/speed 3 reverse. Use the spatula to push down from the edge and mix again for 10 sec/speed 3 reverse if necessary.

Pour dough into pan and bake

Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
