Description
Prepare delicious chicken wraps in no time with the Thermomix®. This finger food recipe with chicken, peppers, corn and a spicy curry tomato sauce is ideal for parties or as a quick snack. In just 25 minutes, 4 servings of a hearty and simple dish are created. Suitable for light summer cuisine or as a simple family meal.

1 rote Bell pepper

150 g Corn (canned)

400 g Sieved tomatoes

1 TL Curry powder

1 TL Paprika powder

1 Prise Salt

1 Prise Pepper

1 Prise Sugar

100 g Cream cheese

400 g Chicken breast fillet

4 Stück Wraps
Preparation (8 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Add onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to push down.
Sauté onion
Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add garlic
Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Use the spatula to push down.
Add bell pepper and corn
Add bell pepper and corn and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. Use the spatula to push down.
Add sieved tomatoes, spices and cream cheese
Add sieved tomatoes, curry powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper, sugar and cream cheese and simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.
Fry meat
Fry the meat in a separate pan.
Add meat to the sauce
Add the fried meat to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
Fill wraps with filling
Fill the filling into the wraps, roll up and serve.
