Description
This fluffy tangerine cake is a delicious baking recipe that is ideal for breakfast or dessert. With fresh tangerine juice and a hint of vanilla, it is particularly aromatic. Preparation in the Thermomix® is quick and easy, so the cake is ready in about an hour. Perfect for winter and festive occasions.

2 TL Baking powder
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla
Add 4 items eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./level 4.
Add tangerine juice and oil
Add 1 cup tangerine juice and 2/3 cup oil to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./level 3.
Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder
Add 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 teaspoons baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 4.
Pour batter into pan and bake
Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas oven) or 160°C (electric or toaster oven) for about 45 minutes.
