500 g Curd

150 g Speculoos

4 Stück Mandarins
Preparation (4 steps)
Peel and fillet the mandarin
Peel the mandarins and divide into individual segments. Set the mandarin segments aside.
Add curd and speculoos to the mixing bowl
Add 500 g of curd and 150 g of speculoos to the mixing bowl.
Layer the dessert
Layer the curd-speculoos cream and mandarin segments alternately in dessert glasses.
Serve the dessert
Serve the dessert immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
