Description

Salsiccia in tomato sauce

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 300 g Salsiccia
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TL Fennel seeds
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 600 g Chopped tomatoes from the can
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 kl. Bund Basil

Preparation (7 steps)

Fry salsiccia

Press 300g salsiccia out of the skin and fry in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Set aside.

Chop onions

Put 2 onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add fennel and garlic

Add 1 tsp fennel seeds and 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Add tomatoes

Add 600g chopped tomatoes from the can.

Cook for 10 min./100°C/level 1.

Season and add basil

Season with salt and pepper. Add the fried salsiccia and 1 small bunch of basil and stir in.
