Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 100 g Milk chocolate, in pieces
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 30 g Starch
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 500 g Milk
  • 300 g Cream yogurt
  • 25 g Homemade vanilla sugar
  • 4 Stück Knoppers, coarsely chopped

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop chocolate

Place milk chocolate in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 8. Add sugar, starch and cocoa powder and mix for 5 sec/speed 8.

Cook dark cream

10 min/208°F/Speed 3 208°F

Insert the mixing attachment. Add milk and cook everything for 10 min/98°C/speed 3 without the measuring cup, placing the splash guard on top.

Prepare light layer

In the meantime, for the light layer, mix yogurt with vanilla sugar and set aside.

Layers

Fill half of the dark cream into glasses and let cool for 4-5 minutes. Spread the yogurt on the cream and pour the remaining cream on top. Refrigerate.

Serve

Sprinkle with the chopped Knoppers before serving.
