Description

This simple and quick pasta dish is a real treat! The sweet cherry tomatoes burst in your mouth, the fresh spinach provides a pleasant texture and the crispy roasted bacon gives the whole thing a savory note. Everything is rounded off with a spoonful of creamy Ricotta. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. I love how quickly this dish is prepared and how good it tastes! Feel free to vary with other pasta varieties or add some chili for a slight spiciness. An absolute favorite recipe when you need something quick!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 3 slice bacon
  • 1 noisette butter
  • 1 c à s oil
  • 1 grosse cuillère ricotta
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 10 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 1 grosse poignée spinach
  • 175 g dry zitoni

Preparation (7 steps)

Fry bacon

Fry the bacon slices in a pan without fat until crispy. Then drain on kitchen paper and cut into small pieces.

Chop garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 7.

Sauté garlic

Add butter and oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add tomatoes and spinach

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the mixing bowl together with the spinach. Cook 5 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Cook pasta

In the meantime, cook the zitoni in salted water according to the package instructions.

Mix pasta and bacon

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the mixing bowl together with the fried bacon. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Arrange the pasta on plates and garnish with a spoonful of Ricotta. Serve immediately.
