Description

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 0.25 kg mussels
  • 0.25 kg shrimp
  • 2 ud tomatoes
  • 2 ud garlics
  • 3 ud tomatoes
  • 2 ud egg
  • oil
  • 0.5 container soup noodles
  • 1 puñado peas
  • 1 ud onion
  • salt
  • 2 ud potatoes

Preparation of the vegetables

Cut the onion into quarters and the garlics in half. Introduce the onion and garlics into the Thermomix glass and chop for 3 seconds at speed 5. With the spatula, lower the remains of the walls of the glass. Add a little oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C at speed 1.

Add the tomato

Add the tomatoes cut into pieces to the Thermomix glass and sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C at speed 1. Stir with the spatula to integrate the ingredients well.

Cooking the soup

15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 3 large glasses of water to the Thermomix glass. Incorporate the peas, the well-washed mussels, the shrimp and a pinch of cumin. Season with salt to taste. Program 15 minutes at 100°C at speed 1.

Add the noodles and the potato

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the soup noodles and the potatoes cut into four to the Thermomix glass. Program 10 minutes at 100°C at speed 1.

Incorporate the mussels

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the mussels to the Thermomix glass and program 5 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Observe until they open completely.

Final touch

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Speed 1 90

Add a little milk to the Thermomix glass and program 3 minutes at 90°C at speed 1. Serve hot.
