Description

This spicy chicken noodle soup is real comfort food for cold days! I especially like to make it when it's uncomfortable outside. The combination of tender chicken, fresh soup vegetables, fiery chillies and small Kritharaki noodles warms from the inside and tastes delicious. A dash of ketchup provides a slight sweetness and rounds off the taste perfectly. The soup is super quick to prepare and ideal for a quick lunch or dinner. If you don't like it too spicy, you can of course reduce the amount of chilli. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Smoked pork chop - chicken thighs
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 2 piece Chili pepper(s)
  • 1 Dose/n Corn
  • 250 g Noodles greek Kritharaki
  • 1 etwas Ketchup seasoned ketchup
  • 1 n. B. Salt

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare chicken broth

Thermomix® Setting
30 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Put the chicken thighs into the mixing bowl and cover with water. Cook for 30 min./100°C/speed 1. Add the cleaned and chopped soup vegetables and simmer for another 15 min./100°C/speed 1.

Finish soup

10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the chopped chili pepper and the Greek noodles (Kritharaki) to the mixing bowl. Season with ketchup and salt as needed. Simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 1. Add the corn kernels and heat for another 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add the corn kernels and heat for another 5 min./100°C/speed 1. Serve the soup hot.
