  • 400 g brown mushrooms

  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 300 g frozen young peas
  • 500 g Farfalle pasta

Prepare bacon and mushrooms

Cut 150 g of smoked, streaky bacon into short strips and fry in a pan until crispy. Clean 400 g of brown mushrooms, quarter them, add them to the bacon, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with pepper. Set aside.

Chop the onion

Cook the sauce

Add 150 ml of vegetable broth and 150 ml of Milk and cook for 5 min./100°C/speed 2.

Season the sauce

Season with salt and grated nutmeg. Add 100 g of heavy cream and stir in for 1 min./90°C/speed 1.

Add peas

Add 300 g of frozen young peas and briefly bring to a boil for 2 min./90°C/reverse speed 1.

Cook the pasta

Meanwhile, cook 500 g of Farfalle pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water. Drain the pasta, let it drip dry, and return it to the pot.

Mix sauce and mushrooms

Add the sauce and the bacon-mushroom mixture to the pasta and briefly mix.

Arrange and serve the pasta with the sauce and bacon-mushrooms.
