Description
These Hazelnut Biscuits after Helga Biebricher are a delicious finger food or dessert, prepared in the Thermomix®. Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare dough
Put butter, hazelnut semolina (or ground almonds), sugar, flour and salt in the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 minutes/kneading stage.
Chill dough
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out dough and form biscuits
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out biscuits with cookie cutters. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush biscuits with egg
Whisk an egg and brush the biscuits with it.
Bake biscuits
Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
