This Thermomix® recipe for Savory Carrot Tart with Goat Cheese is ready in 45 min and yields 4 servings. Step-by-step guide with precise Thermomix® settings on MixBuch.

Description

This savory carrot tart with creamy goat cheese is an absolute delight! The sweetness of the maple syrup harmonizes wonderfully with the spicy goat cheese and the earthy taste of the carrots. I especially like to make it in the fall when the carrots are fresh from the field. It is perfect as an appetizer for a festive dinner or as a savory lunch. The preparation is very simple and succeeds with the Thermomix® in no time. A great recipe that also inspires vegetarian guests!
