This savory pizza with brie and smoked ham is an absolute treat! I love making it when I need something quick and special on the table. The creamy brie harmonizes perfectly with the spicy smoked ham and fresh arugula. A dab of honey adds a surprising, sweet note.   • 400 g Pizza dough
  • 200 g Tomato sauce
  • 400 g Brie
  • 60 g Arugula
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Smoked ham

Preparation (7 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.

Prepare pizza dough

Brush the baking sheet with 2 tbsp oil. Roll out the pizza dough (400 g) from the refrigerated section on the prepared baking sheet. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.

Spread tomato sauce

Spread the 200 g tomato sauce evenly on the rolled out pizza dough. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.

Prepare brie

Cut the brie (400 g) into thin slices and spread on the tomato sauce so that it is covered as completely as possible. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.

Add ham and honey

If desired, remove the fatty edge from the smoked ham (200 g), tear into pieces and spread on the brie. Spread the honey (3 tbsp) evenly on the smoked ham. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.

Bake pizza

Bake the prepared pizza in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. This is a baking process and is done without Thermomix setting.

Add arugula

Wash the arugula (60 g) and top the finished pizza with it. This is a preparation step and is done without Thermomix setting.
