Description

This radicchio salad with oranges and cranberries is a fruity-tart appetizer, prepared in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are radicchio, oranges, cranberries, olive oil and maple syrup. 50 g Cranberries, dried

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare oranges

Thoroughly peel the oranges, fillet them, and collect the juice. Set aside the collected orange juice.

Prepare dressing
