I love preparing this crispy chicken bowl! It's a fresh and colorful dish, perfect for a summer lunch or a light dinner. The chicken, made crispy in the pan, goes perfectly with sushi rice, sweet corn and creamy avocado.   • 1 piece whole roasted chicken breast
  • 240 gr sushi rice
  • 150 g corn
  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 piece red onion
  • 20 piece cherry tomatoes
  • walnuts
  • sesame seeds
  • teriyaki sauce
  • olive oil

Chicken preparation

Cut the roasted chicken breast into small pieces and set aside.

Rice cooking

Thermomix® Setting

Put 240 g of sushi rice in the basket. Pour 700 ml of water into the bowl. Insert the basket and cook for 20 Min./Varoma/Speed 4.

Ingredients preparation

Meanwhile, cut 1 ripe avocado into cubes, 1 red onion into thin slices and 20 cherry tomatoes in half.

Bowl assembly

Divide the cooked rice into 4 bowls. Add the diced chicken, 150 g of corn, avocado, red onion and cherry tomatoes.

Seasoning and garnish

Season with teriyaki sauce and olive oil to taste. Garnish with walnuts to taste and sesame seeds to taste.
