Description

These pancakes are a real classic and super easy to prepare. I often make them for my family on the weekend. The recipe is so simple that it always works. The pancakes are nice and fluffy and taste sweet with applesauce or jam as well as savory with cheese or herbs. The dash of sparkling water in the dough makes them particularly light. It is best to let the dough rest for half an hour, then the pancakes will be even better. An absolute favorite recipe for young and old!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 400 g Flour
  • 750 ml Low-fat milk
  • 1 Prise(n) Salt
  • 3 piece Egg(s)
  • 1 Schuss Sparkling water

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add 400 g flour, 750 ml low-fat milk, 1 pinch of salt and 3 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4 to a smooth batter until it forms bubbles.

Let the dough rest

Transfer the batter to a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Add sparkling water

10 sec/Speed 3

Remove the batter from the refrigerator, add a dash of sparkling water (approx. 50 ml) and briefly stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Bake pancakes

Heat a coated pan on the stove. Add some butter to the pan and let it melt. Add batter to the hot pan with a ladle and spread evenly by swirling. Bake until golden brown on each side.
