Description

I love this smoked salmon pasta recipe! It's a simple, quick and so tasty dish. The creamy cream coats the pasta and salmon, and the fresh dill adds a touch of freshness. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a gourmet brunch. Preparation is really easy with the Thermomix®, which saves me time in the kitchen. You can use different types of pasta, such as tagliatelle or penne. For a lighter version, you can replace the whole cream with light cream. A real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 400 g pasta
  • 20 cl whole liquid cream (30% fat)
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 piece shallot
  • 1 noix butter
  • 1 brin dill
  • 1 pinch salt or fine salt
  • 1 pinch pepper from the mill

Cooking the pasta

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Fill the Thermomix bowl with 1 liter of water and add a pinch of salt. Program 10 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Then add 400 g of pasta and cook according to the time indicated on the package, setting the temperature to 100°C and the Stufe 1. Check the cooking and drain the pasta using a colander.

Preparation of the shallot

Put 1 peeled shallot in the Thermomix bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5. Add 1 knob of butter and sauté 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Reduction of the cream

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Add 20 cl of whole liquid cream (30% fat) to the Thermomix bowl. Salt and pepper. Let reduce 5 Min./90°C/Stufe 2, without the measuring cup, so that the mixture is smooth.

Incorporation of salmon and pasta

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Cut 150 g of smoked salmon into strips. Add the drained pasta and smoked salmon to the Thermomix bowl. Mix gently 20 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2.

Finalization and service

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Linkslauf Speed 1 Reverse

Add a sprig of chopped dill to the Thermomix bowl and mix 5 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 1. Serve immediately.
