  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 360 g Flour
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 500 g Ground meat
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 75 g Water

DOUGH 1. Put all dough ingredients (water, salt, egg and flour) in the mixing bowl and 2 min. /kneading level. 2. Pack the finished dough in a bag ((airtight). Let rest for about 1 hour. FILLING 3. Put onions in mixing bowl and 4 sec. /level 6 - slide everything from the mixing bowl edge down and again 4 sec. / level 6. 4. Add ground meat, salt, pepper and water and 1 min. /kneading level. 5. Place the dough on a floured work surface, follow into a ball and distribute. 6. Roll out the first ball to fit the pilmeniza. Lightly flour the pilmeniza and place the dough with the floured side on it. Use a teaspoon to place the meat filling in the hollow, roll out another ball and place it on the pilmeniza with the side without flour. Roll a rolling pin over the pilmeniza. Remove the dough at the edge and set aside. Then turn over, lightly tap on the work surface and let the pelmeni fall out.

Cooking

Bring water to a boil. Add 1-2 bay leaves When the water boils Carefully put pilmeni in (otherwise it will splash with hot water) When it boils again and pilmeni float on top, cook for about 5-6 min Finished Serve hot With butter or sour cream
