Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 300 g Cream Cheese
  • 150 g Dates, pitted
  • 150 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
  • 3 TL Curry powder
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Msp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 TL Lime juice
  • 1 Prise Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop the dates

Place 150 g pitted dates in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer and set aside.

Purée the dates

2 min/Speed 5

Add 150 g Greek yogurt and the chopped dates to the mixing bowl and purée for 2 min/speed 5. If the mixture is still too chunky, purée for another 1-2 minutes. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl in between.

Mix the ingredients

Add 300 g cream cheese, 3 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, 1 tsp lime juice, and some freshly ground black pepper to the dates in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 3.

Serve

Transfer the dip to a bowl and garnish with some curry powder and whole dates.
