Description

This dish of tagliatelle with zucchini and raw ham, topped with a homemade tomato sauce, is a true summer delight. I love preparing this quick and easy recipe, perfect for a sunny lunch or a light dinner. Fresh tagliatelle go perfectly with the sweetness of zucchini and the savory taste of raw ham. The tomato sauce, prepared with ripe tomatoes and a bouquet garni, adds a touch of freshness and deliciousness. A colorful dish full of flavors, ideal for the whole family! Feel free to add a little grated Parmesan for even more pleasure.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 180 ml of degreased poultry stock
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cuillère à soupe of olive oil
  • 1 échalote chopped
  • 2 courgettes
  • 4 tranches of raw ham
  • 6 tomates very ripe
  • 1 cuillère à café of tomato concentrate
  • 1 pack of fresh tagliatelle

Preparation (9 steps)

Preparation of tomatoes

Immerse the tomatoes for 30 seconds in boiling water to peel them easily. Cut them in half and deseed them gently.

Chop the garlic and shallot

Put 1 clove of garlic in the bowl and chop: 3 Sek./Stufe 7. Add 1 chopped shallot.

Cooking the garlic and shallot

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook: 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Adding tomatoes and broth

Add 6 cut tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of tomato concentrate, 1 bouquet garni and 180 ml of degreased poultry stock (prepared with 1/2 tablet and 180 ml of water). Add salt and pepper.

Cooking the tomato sauce

Preparation of zucchini tagliatelle

While the sauce is cooking, wash the zucchini and cut them into tagliatelle using a peeler. Cook them for 3 to 5 minutes in a saucepan of boiling salted water.

Cooking the tagliatelle

Cook 1 package of fresh tagliatelle in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Blend the tomato sauce

30 sec/Speed 8

At the end of the sauce cooking, remove the bouquet garni and blend: 30 Sek./Stufe 8. Check the seasoning.

Assembly and service

Mix the tagliatelle and zucchini tagliatelle, top with tomato sauce. Add 4 slices of raw ham cut into strips for decoration. Serve immediately.
