  • 200 g white sugar
  • 113 g butter, softened
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 3 cup chopped apples
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2.5 tbsp white sugar
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

Prepare the oven and pan

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Set aside.

Cream cheese filling

Place 226g reduced-fat cream cheese and 50g confectioners' sugar into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add 200g white sugar and 113g softened butter to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4 until light and fluffy.

Add 3 eggs, one at a time, to the Thermomix bowl, mixing for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 after each addition.

In a small bowl, mix ¾ cup chopped walnuts, 2 ½ tbsp white sugar, and ¼ tsp ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the batter in the tube pan.
