Description

A simple Bundt cake recipe.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 l Egg liqueur
  • 0.25 l Oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder
  • 2 EL Cocoa
  • 1 Packung Coffee beans
  • 1 EL Icing sugar

Preparation (10 steps)

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy

Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 4 until fluffy.

Add oil and egg liqueur and stir in

Add oil and egg liqueur and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour and baking powder and stir in

Mix flour and baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3. The dough should be very smooth.

Divide the dough and fill into the mold

Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured Bundt cake tin (approx. 22 cm diameter).

Stir in cocoa

Sieve 1 1/2 tbsp of cocoa onto the remaining dough and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Stir in coffee beans

Stir the coffee beans into the dark dough.

Sprinkle icing sugar over light dough

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of icing sugar over the light dough.

Mix the doughs

Use a fork to swirl the dark dough spirally into the light dough.

Baking

Bake the cake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C, convection oven: 150°C) for approx. 1 hour.

Cool and dust

Let the cake cool slightly, turn it out of the mold. After cooling, dust with icing sugar and the remaining cocoa.
