Description

This recipe for chicken in creamy spinach Parmesan sauce is a quick and easy main course that can be prepared in about 30 minutes. The creamy sauce with spinach and Parmesan makes the dish particularly delicious. Ideal for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 8 Stück Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 Stück Shallot
  • 1 Stück Garlic clove
  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 250 g Frozen leaf spinach
  • 100 ml Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • Some oil

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare the ingredients

Thaw the frozen leaf spinach and squeeze out well. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into strips. Peel the shallot and garlic clove.

Chop shallot and garlic

Place the shallot and garlic clove in the mixing bowl and place the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid. Select the fine slice and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Catch the chopped ingredients.

Prepare the chicken

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and season with oregano and salt.

Sear the chicken

Fry the chicken breast in a separate pan in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side and remove.

Sauté shallots and garlic

Add the chicken frying fat to the mixing bowl, add shallot and garlic and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare the sauce

Add cream (200 ml) and broth (100 ml) and simmer for 2 min./100°C/speed 2. Add sun-dried tomatoes and let it reduce for 2 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add spinach and Parmesan

1 min/140°F/Speed 2 140°F

Stir in spinach (250 g) and Parmesan (50 g) and season with salt and pepper. 1 min./60°C/speed 2.

Add chicken

2 min/140°F/Speed 1 140°F

Place the seared chicken back into the sauce and heat for 2 min./60°C/speed 1.
