Description

A quick and easy one-pot dish with pointed cabbage and mincemeat.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 800 g Pointed cabbage
  • 500 g Beef mincemeat
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg
  • 2 TL Sweet paprika powder
  • 4 EL Sour cream
  • Parsley

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare pointed cabbage

Halve the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Fry mincemeat

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the beef mincemeat in it until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder.

Add pointed cabbage and fry

Add the prepared pointed cabbage to the fried mincemeat in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is lightly browned but still has some bite. Stir occasionally.

Season and Serve

Stir the sour cream into the pointed cabbage and mincemeat pan and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
