Description

This Thermomix® recipe for fried noodles with chicken and mung bean sprouts is a quick and healthy main course from Asian cuisine. The main ingredients are egg noodles, chicken breast fillet, carrots, onions and mung bean sprouts. In just 30 minutes, you can use the Thermomix® to prepare two servings of this delicious noodle dish. Ideal for light cuisine or as a quick family meal.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 250 g Egg noodles (Chinese)
  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 Stück Carrots (large)
  • 1 Bund Spring onions
  • 2 EL Sesame oil
  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 2 EL Soy sauce
  • 2 EL Ketjap Manis
  • 1 EL Oyster sauce
  • 0.5 TL Sambal Olek

Preparation (6 steps)

Fry chicken

Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil until it is almost cooked. Set aside.

Chop onions and garlic

Halve the onion and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté vegetables

Add 2 tbsp sesame oil to the mixing bowl. Sauté onions and garlic for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add grated carrots and spring onions cut into rings and sauté for 4 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Add soy sauce, Ketjap Manis, oyster sauce and Sambal Olek to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Fold in eggs

1 min/Speed 3/Linkslauf Reverse

Add mung bean sprouts and the fried chicken to the mixing bowl. Add eggs and stir for 1 min./speed 3/reverse.

Fold in noodles

Add egg noodles cooked according to the package instructions and fold in for 1 min./speed 3/reverse.
