Description
This hazelnut bakery is a delicious recipe for the Christmas season. The cookies are filled with jam and are a sweet treat for young and old. The preparation is simple and the cookies are ideal as finger food or dessert. The baking time is only 10 minutes.

Vanilla, Lemon juice

Preparation (2 steps)
Knead dough
Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to a dough.
Shape and bake cookies
Form small cookies from the dough, put together with jam and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C.
