Ingredients (4 ingredients)

50 g Bitter cocoa powder
50 g Dark cane sugar
100 g Dark chocolate
10 g Corn starch

Preparation (3 steps)

Mix the dry ingredients

10 sec/Speed 4

Insert 50 g of bitter cocoa powder, 50 g of dark cane sugar and 10 g of corn starch into the bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4.

Chop the dark chocolate

5 sec/Speed 7

Add 100 g of dark chocolate in pieces to the bowl. Chop for 5 Sec./Stufe 7. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Assemble the mix in jars

Add the mix of cocoa, sugar and corn starch to the chopped chocolate. Mix gently with a spatula. Using a funnel, fill two clean and dry glass jars with the mixture. Close tightly.
