Description

This creamy arugula cream cheese dip is an absolute highlight at any party or cozy barbecue! I love making it because it's so quick and versatile. The slightly bitter arugula harmonizes perfectly with the fresh cream cheese and sour cream. A touch of garlic provides the necessary spice. Perfect with bread, crackers or as a dip for vegetable sticks. And the best part: It's vegetarian and can be prepared wonderfully in advance! A real all-rounder that always goes down well.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

150 g Arugula
1 clove Garlic
6 tbsp Milk
400 g Double cream cheese
400 g Sour Cream
Salt
Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare arugula and garlic

Wash, clean and drain 150 g arugula well. Peel 1 clove of garlic and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare arugula puree

Place half of the arugula (approx. 75g) and 6 tbsp milk in the mixing bowl and puree for 20 sec./speed 10.

Chop remaining arugula

Put the remaining arugula (approx. 75g, set aside a few leaves for garnish) in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 4.

Finish dip
