Description
Stuffed eggs with horseradish are a protein-rich and hearty finger food snack that can be prepared quickly with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are hard-boiled eggs, creamed horseradish and mayonnaise or cream cheese, refined with dill or chives. In just 20 minutes, delicious, stuffed eggs are created, ideal as an appetizer, for parties, the Easter buffet or as a light treat. The recipe is simple and perfect for quick cooking.

Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare eggs
Halve the hard-boiled eggs and carefully remove the egg yolk.
Prepare egg yolk cream
Place egg yolks, creamed horseradish, mayonnaise or cream cheese, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl.
Transfer egg yolk cream
Scrape the egg yolk cream down from the edge with the spatula and stir for another 10 sec/level 3.
Fill eggs
Fill the egg yolk cream into the egg white halves.
Garnish
Garnish the stuffed eggs with fresh dill or chives.
