Description
These cheesecake muffins with tangerines from the Thermomix® are a simple dessert for 12 servings. The main ingredients are curd cheese, yogurt, eggs, erythritol and tangerines. Preparation takes about 45 minutes, of which 15 minutes are active working time. Ideal for anyone who loves fruity cakes and is looking for an uncomplicated dessert. Perfect as a light cake for the whole family.

250 g Curd cheese 20%

250 g Yogurt 3.5%

2 Stück Eggs

100 g Erythritol

1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder

90 g Tangerines (from the can without sugar)
Preparation (3 steps)
Mix ingredients
Put curd cheese, yogurt, eggs, erythritol and vanilla pudding powder into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Prepare muffins
Fill the dough into muffin tins and press 2 pieces of tangerine into each muffin.
Bake muffins
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160°C circulating air for approx. 30 min.
