Description

This curry dip sauce is a real all-rounder and super quick to prepare! I especially like to make it for barbecuing because it goes perfectly with sausages, vegetables or bread. The base of curd and mayonnaise makes it creamy, while curry powder and a splash of lemon juice provide the special touch. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a pinch of sugar. An absolute must for every barbecue party and also a hit as a dip for vegetable sticks! And the best thing: it's ready in no time at all.

6 tbsp Curd
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Curry ketchup
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 Spritzer Lemon juice
1 pinch Curry powder
1 pinch Sugar
