Description

This winterly fig apple punch from the Thermomix® warms you up on cold days. The main ingredients are apple juice, fig liqueur, vodka, lemon and fresh ginger. In 15 minutes of preparation time and 135 minutes of total time, a festive drink for 6 servings is created. Ideal for the Christmas season or winter evenings with friends.

24 cl Vodka
12 cl Fig liqueur
8 cl Lemon juice
40 cl Apple juice
8 EL Cane sugar
12 Scheibe(n) Ginger
2 Apples
1 Orange
Ice cubes

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare punch base

Thermomix® Setting

Put 24 cl vodka, 12 cl fig liqueur, 8 cl lemon juice, 40 cl apple juice, 8 tablespoons cane sugar and 12 slices of peeled ginger into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 5 min./100°C/speed 2.

Chill

Pour the punch base from the mixing bowl into a suitable container and chill for approx. 2 hours.

Prepare apples

Wash 2 apples, quarter them, core them and cut them into wedges.

Prepare orange

Wash 1 orange in hot water, grate the peel and cut the orange into slices.

Serve punch

Place ice cubes in bulbous glasses. Distribute the cold punch base over the glasses. Garnish with apple slices and an orange slice each and serve immediately.
