Description
This caffè spuma is a quick and refreshing dessert that I especially like to prepare on hot days. It's so simple that it's almost embarrassing to call it a recipe! But the creamy, airy coffee foam is simply irresistible. Perfect when visitors announce themselves spontaneously or you just feel like something sweet. Decorated with a few coffee beans, it becomes a small highlight. And the best thing: it's ready in no time!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

100 ml Cold water

30 g Soluble coffee

80 g Sugar

12 piece Coffee beans
Preparation (4 steps)
Weigh ingredients
Provide and weigh all ingredients to ensure a smooth process.
Mix sugar and coffee
Add 80 g sugar and 30 g soluble coffee to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 5.
Add water and whisk
Add 100 ml cold water and insert the butterfly. Whisk for 3 min./speed 3.5 until a thick, foamy cream is formed.
Serve
Divide the caffè spuma immediately into four glasses and decorate with coffee beans. Serve.
