Description
This beetroot salad with apple, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a quick and healthy meal. The main ingredients are beetroot, apple and sour cream. The vegetarian dish is ready in just 10 minutes and yields 2 servings. Ideal as a light appetizer or salad, especially suitable for the autumn season.

1 Beetroot, uncooked

1 Apple

1 TL Sour cream

Salt

Pepper

Fruit vinegar

Oil

Horseradish
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare beetroot
Peel the beetroot and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5. Push down with the spatula.
Prepare apple
Core the apple (peel optionally) and add to the chopped beetroot in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 4. Push down with the spatula.
Season and mix salad
Mix the chopped beetroot and apple with salt, pepper, fruit vinegar and oil in the mixing bowl. 10 sec./level 3 reverse.
Add sour cream
Add sour cream to the mixing bowl and carefully fold in. 5 sec./level 2 reverse.
Add horseradish (optional)
If necessary, add some horseradish and stir in for 3 sec./level 2 reverse.
