Description
This parrot cake with chocolate dough is a colorful and delicious baking recipe. The dough is prepared in different colors and layered alternately in the baking pan. With ingredients like butter, sugar, flour and eggs, it is a classic cake for special occasions. The preparation time is about 60 minutes, ideal for a festive coffee table.

1 Stück red berry jelly smooth

1 Stück Vanilla sauce

180 g Round
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare dough
Add 300g butter, 300g sugar, 300g flour, 5 eggs, 1 baking powder and 1-2 tablespoons of Souk cream to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./speed 5.
Divide and color dough
Divide the dough into three portions. Mix one portion with 1 red berry jelly smooth, one with 1 vanilla sauce and the third with 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
Layer dough
Layer the doughs alternately in a greased, round baking pan (180g). Add cocoa and sour cherries as desired.
Baking
Bake the cake at 160°C convection for 30 minutes.
