Description

These aromatic rosemary chicken wings are a real treat! I often prepare them for a quick lunch or an informal dinner with friends. The scent of fresh rosemary, combined with sweet paprika and white wine, makes the meat incredibly tasty and juicy. The preparation is very simple and quick, perfect even for those who have little time. You can vary the spices to your liking, adding a pinch of chilli pepper for a spicy touch. Ideal to serve hot and crispy, perhaps accompanied by a fresh salad.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 q.b. sweet paprika
  • 1 q.b. rosemary
  • 1 q.b. pepper
  • 1 q.b. fine salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Marinating the chicken wings

In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with fine salt, pepper, sweet paprika and rosemary. Add the white wine and mix thoroughly with your hands to ensure that the seasoning coats all the meat well.

Preparation for cooking

Arrange the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket, trying not to overlap them.

Cooking the wings

Cook the chicken wings in the air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn the meat to ensure even browning.

Serving

Once ready, serve the chicken wings hot and crispy.
