Description

These meatballs with potatoes are a traditional dish that always triumphs at home. The ground meat, combined with the sweet touch of fried tomato and the aroma of white wine, creates a delicious sauce that permeates the potatoes. It is a simple recipe, perfect for a comforting family meal, especially on cooler days. I usually add a little sweet paprika to the meat to give it an extra touch of flavor. It is prepared in just over an hour and is ideal to enjoy at any time of the year, although it is even more appealing in autumn and winter. A spoon dish that will transport you to grandma's kitchen!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 300 gramos ground meat (beef-pork)
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 cucharadas soperas fried tomato
  • 1 vaso pequeño white wine
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 dientes garlics
  • 1 puñado parsley
  • 4 unidades potatoes
  • 1 cucharada sopera flour

Preparation (8 steps)

Preparation of the meatballs

In a bowl, mix 300 grams of ground meat (beef-pork) with salt, a pinch of pepper and a handful of chopped parsley. Form the meatballs with your hands and set aside.

Chopping the onion and garlic

Add the fried tomato

Add 2 tablespoons of fried tomato to the glass. Program 2 minutes, temperature 120°C and speed 1.

Reduction of white wine

Add 1 small glass of white wine to the glass. Program 3 minutes, temperature Varoma and speed 1, without a measuring cup to promote evaporation.

Thicken the sauce with flour

Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the glass. Program 1 minute, temperature 100°C and speed 2.

Cooking the meatballs

Add the meatballs to the glass and cover with water. Program 25 minutes, temperature 100°C, left turn and spoon speed.

Add the potatoes

20 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed Löffel 100 Reverse

Cut 4 units of potatoes into medium pieces and add them to the glass. Program 20 minutes, temperature 100°C, left turn and spoon speed. Check that the potatoes are tender and correct the salt if necessary.
