Description

This autumn dish is a real concentrate of flavors and colors. The butternut squash brings a subtle sweetness, while the Paris mushrooms and broccoli add a pleasant texture. Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 0.5 piece butternut squash
  • 180 g Paris mushrooms
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 2 piece red onions
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 3 c. à s. olive oil
  • 5 cl water
  • 1 branche rosemary
  • 1 branche thyme
  • 2 feuilles bay leaf
  • 2 feuilles sage
  • 4 pinch fine salt
  • 4 pinch mill pepper

Preparation of the butternut squash

Cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into large dice. Place the butternut squash dice in the steam basket.

Steaming the butternut squash

Pour 500 ml of water into the Thermomix bowl. Place the steam basket with the butternut squash. Cook 10 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Preparation of vegetables

Wash the broccoli, cut into florets. Peel the mushrooms, cut into quarters. Peel the red onions, cut into large slices. Peel the garlic.

Assembly of vegetables

Put the broccoli, mushrooms, red onions and garlic in the Thermomix bowl.

Adding aromatics and oil

Add the olive oil, water, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, sage, salt and pepper into the Thermomix bowl.
