Description

This coffee cake is a simple and quick cake that is ideal for any occasion. With few ingredients and a short preparation time, it is perfect for Sunday brunch or as a sweet treat in between. The cake is fluffy, juicy and tastes great to the whole family. It is particularly cheap and quick to prepare.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

200 g Sugar
2 Stück Eggs
100 ml Oil
100 ml Milk
200 g Flour
1 Päckchen Baking powder

Preparation (5 steps)

Beat sugar and eggs until frothy

Add 200 g sugar and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl and beat until frothy for 3 min./speed 4.

Add oil and milk

Add 100 ml oil and 100 ml milk and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Mix and add flour and baking powder

Add 200 g flour and 1 packet of baking powder and mix for 30 sec./speed 4. Use the spatula to push down from the edge and mix for another 10 sec./speed 4.

Pour batter into the mold and bake

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin (approx. 20 cm diameter) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
