Description

These Baileys cups are a delicious and very easy to prepare dessert, perfect for ending a dinner with friends or for an evening treat. The mascarpone and cream cream, enriched by the liqueur, goes perfectly with the crunchiness of the amaretti and the bitter note of the cocoa wafer. I often prepare them when I have unexpected guests because they are very quick and always make a great impression! A tip? Prepare the liqueur glaze in advance to cool it well and obtain an even more intense result. Ideal for lovers of spoon desserts and enveloping flavors.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 250 ml Fresh liquid cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 125 ml Cream liqueur
  • 100 g Amaretti
  • 4 piece Cocoa wafer

Preparation (8 steps)

Liqueur reduction

100 ml of cream liqueur in the bowl and cook to reduce the quantity. At the end, transfer the glaze obtained to a bowl and set aside to cool.

Chop the amaretti

Insert the amaretti in the bowl and chop coarsely. Transfer the chopped amaretti to a bowl and set aside.

Whip the cream

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5/Schmetterling

Insert the cold cream, mascarpone and icing sugar in the bowl. Whip until a firm cream is obtained, checking the consistency through the hole in the lid.

Incorporate the liqueur

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2/Linkslauf Reverse

Add 25 ml of cream liqueur to the whipped cream in the bowl and mix gently to combine the ingredients.

Assembly of the cups

Brush the inside of the glasses with the liqueur glaze previously prepared and cooled.

Amaretti base

Form a base of chopped amaretti on the bottom of the cups.

Layers of cream and glaze

Fill half of the glasses with the cream, add about 2 teaspoons of the liqueur glaze and add more cream.

Final decoration

Add a chocolate wafer and more liqueur glaze to complete the decoration of the cups.
