Description

This banana almond ice cream with dried fruit is a vegan and gluten-free dessert that is easy to prepare in the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients such as bananas, almond drink, vanilla and dried fruit, a healthy and delicious ice cream is created. Preparation takes only 15 minutes, the cooling time is 3 hours. Ideal for a low-calorie refreshment after a meal.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 150 ml unsweetened almond drink
  • 0.5 piece Vanilla bean
  • 30 g Dried fruits (e.g. raisins and bananas)
  • 15 g Almonds
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare and freeze bananas

Peel the bananas, cut into slices and spread out flat in the freezer for three hours. Pour 100 ml almond drink into a shallow container (or ice cube tray) and also freeze.

Prepare vanilla

Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.

Chop ingredients

Put all ingredients (except the remaining 50 ml almond drink) into the mixing bowl, attach the measuring cup and chop for 10 sec./level 8.

Stir ice cream until creamy

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Pour in the remaining 50 ml almond drink and stir the ice cream for 30 sec./level 4 until creamy.
