Description

These small salmon cream cheese bites in a glass are a real eye-catcher and taste simply delicious! I especially like to make them when guests come, because they are super easy to prepare and look really classy. The smoked salmon harmonizes perfectly with the creamy cream cheese-horseradish cream and the fresh cucumber cubes. A little dill and chives should of course not be missing. The preparation is very simple and the Thermomix® helps to conjure up everything quickly and easily. Perfect for brunch, as an appetizer or for a small party!
